In order to fix the issue, I suggest you enable both microphone and speaker devices from your computer. For this purpose, right-click on the Sound icon from System Tray and select Recording devices. After that, right-click anywhere in the window and check Show Disabled Devices. Double-click the devices that are disabled and select Use this device (Enable) as Device usage.
