If you use Windows XP or below, try to update Windows Installer using the link provided by Microsoft. If you have Windows Vista or above, update it through Windows Update. After that, right-click on the installation package and select Run as Administrator option. If it still doesn't work, it means that the installer is corrupted. In this case, I suggest you try Photo Video Suite X6 application that replaced Corel Digital Studio.
