I receive "Wrong Password" message.

I installed Wizplat USB HDD LOCK 1.0 and I entered a password. After I removed it from my computer my HDD was blocked. I installed it again and wrote the right password but it doesn't work. I receive "Wrong Password" message. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, remove the software again, run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys or toolbars in your system, reboot the PC and press the F8 key to enter in Safe Mode. After that, reinstall the software and try again. If it doesn't work, use support@sarotech.com email address to get in touch with the Support Team.
