Is there any way to rearrange the Navigation Pane?

For Arabic and Hebrew CHMs, is there any way to rearrange the Navigation Pane? Currently, the entries are displayed correctly right-to-left and they are aligned to the right. We want to move the entire set of tabs (Contents, Index, Search, Favorites) in the Navigation Pane, to the right-side. Also, is there any way to move the Hide, Forward, Back and so on icons from the left side of the toolbar to the right-side?

No, there isn't. The program interface is not flexible and you can't rearrange the Navigation Pane. I suggest you contact Microsoft for further information. You can get in touch with them using the Contact Us web page.
