Unfortunately, you can't convert the .wtp files to .wmp because there isn't any tool available for this purpose. I suggest you remove the software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the utility again. After that, try to open your .wtp files.
