If the PDF Filter is not working with your SmartDraw program, I suggest you uninstall it (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install its latest version. Press the Click here to get the PDF filter button, save the file to your computer, close SmartDraw and install it following the on-screen instructions. After that, launch SmartDraw and open the PDF file from the File menu. The PDF Filter has been developed to work with SmartDraw 2007, SmartDraw 2008, SmartDraw 2009, and SmartDraw 2010. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact the Support team.
