You can use the autosum function which can be found on various locations depending on the version of Excel installed on your computer.

Excel 2003 > The sum (epsilon symbol) is found on the menu bar.
Excel 2007 or higher > The sum is the same epsilon symbol found on the Formulas ribbon.

Click the symbol then select the columns.
