Unfortunately, the developer web page is temporarily down. Usually, the drivers can be acquired after you select Notebook as Product Family, Laptop as Product Category and Series 28 as Product Model/System Version. Since you can't download the drivers from HCL Download section, I suggest you use Google to find and install them.
