Microsoft Word no longer works.

Question

My Microsoft Word no longer works, I am able to view files on Microsoft Word but cannot edit the files. I suspect my free trial has expired. But for some reason I cannot uninstall the software no matter how many times I try and how I try. Does anyone know what I should do? Also, I would also appreciate if anyone could tell me what to do in order to get my Microsoft Word to continue working? I run a version of Microsoft Office Word 2007.

You can't extent the trial version of the application once it has expired. At this time the only thing available is activation using a legit serial number. If you still want to edit your file, try using OpenOffice because it does have support for DOC files. Until you figure out what to do with Office, you can use this open source version that allows you to edit the files.
