Testo 174 device is not connecting with its software.

My Testo 174 device and my PC broke. With the new cable, the light on the base of the instrument only blinks when the USB is connected and then it remains off. Testo 174 cannot be connected with its software. I tried a second cable without success. What can I do?

Firstly, I suggest you download and install the Testo USB driver - V2.8 from Testo Download Center. If it doesn't help, remove Comfort Software Basic from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again. Also, download and run the Fix It utility provided by Microsoft. If you still have issues, you will need to contact the developer.
