The only "compatible" driver available for this webcam is released for Windows XP. There is no official way to make this work in Windows 7 but if you are lucky you can try to install it (ignoring Windows 7 driver warning) manually using the INF file from the ZIP archive.
Download the driver and proceed with the installation. When you are asked for driver installation, cancel it and cancel the installation. Plug the webcam and manually point the install C:\CtDriverInstTemp folder. Select the only available INF file and accept the warning. Restart the computer, and with a bit of luck it may work.
