Why can't I get Jewel Quest 3 to work properly?

It doesn't let me play. Why? When I go on and push play it starts loading and then it either kicks me out, or it is debugged, or just keeps on loading without playing. What should I do?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. The problem could be related to a bad installation of the game which in this case needs re-installing. Before you'll proceed to re-install operation, download a new package of the game and make sure DirectX is properly updated to its latest version.
