How can I fix the sound when playing .3gp files?

I know that this is a good media player but when we play .3gp files, it does not play the sound correctly. How can I fix that?

This problem has been encountered on some software versions like 2.0.6. In order to solve this, you can try to download and install a newer version of the program.
