Compatability with Windows Vista.

Is the software compatible with Windows Vista? Because I keep getting an I/O error message when I load the software.

You need to acquire version 5.5.3.2 because this is the version updated to work with all Windows versions. Download and install the application over your old installation because the files will be updated to reflect the latest version.
