The EZ Vinyl Converter is not working.

I received EZ Vinyl Converter as a Christmas gift one year ago. It is not working since that time. After hooking everything up, I get no sound from my speakers (tried all troubleshooting suggestions) and there is no indication that anything is being recorded. The guide book also references a play button on the turn table, but there is none (only cue, stop and speed). The software seems to be easy to use, yet nothing works. What can I do?

If you have no sound reinstall the audio drivers and follow the instructions from the Support page to fix the issue.
