You could try re-installing but this doesn't guarantee it restores functionality. If you still have access to installation folder of MySecretFolder, then all you need to do is to copy the folder back to where it belongs. This way the registry paths and files will be restored to their proper folder, therefore restoring functionality. It seems to be the only viable solution for this problem. Next time when you install MySecretFolder, make sure to keep it in its install location.
