Can you tell/show me how to use this application so that I can remove the mosaic when watching a movie?

I have downloaded a movie that has mosaic in it. I have also downloaded the above freeware.

This is a game that you can play on your computer. It doesn't have the capability of editing movies. For advanced movie editing, you can try using Sony Vegas Pro 12. It may give you the possibility to edit the file but it requires a bit of extra knowledge to get the job done since you will need advanced techniques.
