It doesn't work anymore.

I cleaned my computer and I lost my drivers. I have the disc, it comes up to pick my Handycam and then nothing happens. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, press the Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Imaging devices and Universal Serial Bus controllers lists, right-click on the Handycam driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the device and press the Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If the drivers are not automatically retrieved, install the software and drivers from the disc you have.
