I bought this today, but when I tried to install it in Windows 7 Ultimate, it's not working. So I think that it's not compatible. What is the best thing to do so that I can use this with my Windows 7 Ultimate operating system?
You will need to look for the model number and technology used on the back of the product box, then browse to the Realtek Support website and download the drivers. I can assure you that the drivers are now Windows 7 compatible.
Use the following path to look for drivers: Communications Network ICs > Wireless LAN ICs> WLAN NIC> Products.
The driver seems compatible but the utility program doesn't work, wont even open most of the time, windows 7 64 says its not compatible, been trying to get it to work for hours (RTL8191su)
