In order to fix the issue, launch the program, click Basic Settings and from Record Video select Record to AVI instead of Record to EXE option. After that, click the start button to begin the recording process. After you finish the recording, go to (C:) > aplus screen recorder and open the files using an AVI player. If it still doesn't work, uninstall the program, run a registry cleaner and download and install the latest version of the software.
