First, navigate to Dell Downloads page, select your operating system and download and install the latest drivers available for your webcam. After that, launch Picasa, press Capture photos and videos from a webcam or other video device icon (
) and click the small camera button to take a photo. After that, press Done. The photo will be automatically saved in Picasa libraries.
