Go to contacts and select export contact option->file. Now contacts will be backed up in a single csv file.
The .csv format is used for the files that store your contacts. Unfortunately, Nokia Suite allows you to export the contacts only to vCards. It can't export the contacts to .csv. However, you can sync the address book of your device with Microsoft Outlook and then export it to .csv:
