In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update the program. For this purpose, navigate to the Desktop Products Updates page, scroll down to 2009 version, click the 32bit or 64bit (your operating system architecture) button, save the file to your computer and install it following the on-screen instructions. If you still have issues, uninstall the product and download and install Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition.
