In order to fix the issue, I suggest you perform a "cold reset". Turn the printer off, press and hold the GO button, start the printer and continue to hold GO. After the Ready LEDs turn on, continue pressing the button approximately 5-10 seconds. After that release the button and try to print your documents. If you can't, navigate to HP Download Center, select your operating system and download and install the latest files. If it doesn't help, you will need to contact HP.
