You can't start the program because it is not compatible with your system or it is not installed correctly. In order to fix the issue, remove the software using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install the compatible version from the official web page. If you still have issues, you can use a similar application from Software Informer database.
