After I installed the software, I must have an account in order to use it. How can I solve this problem?

In order to obtain an account for the software, you will need to contact the developer via the following mail address: support@xcers.com. However, you can use the software by connecting with a free account. To do that, you need to input the following information on the login screen: 

User Name : User  
Exercise : Defaults 
Word List : Advanced.lst
Account Email : Free 
Password : Free
