When recording, there is no audio, only video.

When I record a show, it will record the video but not the audio (all the setting are on default). I can watch what I recorded, but there is no audio with the recording.

Try to install another set of filters and then record again, but this time make sure to change the settings of the audio codecs. I recommend installing Combined Community Codec Pack as it contains all the necessary filters. You can download the pack through the application's page at Software Informer. Install the codecs, prepare the software for recording, go to Settings > Audio and choose other format/other codec then start the recording and everything should be fine.
