The CyberCaféPro Server uses a Master Password to access the settings when the computer is not connected to a network. However, if you lose the password, you will have to manually uninstall the application from your computer. For this process, use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
