The Sify-DMS Excel Utility doesn't appear to be available on the developer's website. I have accessed the Sify website and the only time the Sify-DMS Excel Utility was mentioned was on the release document. Based on the information gathered, I can say that the software is available through customers. Public downloading, troubleshooting, or any other operation of this kind is not available.
