I used Packard Bell Carbon HDD for a week. Now it gives me the message: Disk is not formatted.
I can't find the Packard Bell Software Suite anymore. When I format the drive I lose all data on it. Who can help me?
You can download the application using a direct download URL but notice that you need to have Windows Vista or XP installed for this application to work properly.
