To use Hollywood Effects in Premiere Pro, you should install the software properly. After that, go to the installation folder (should be something like this : C:\Program Files\Pinnacle Hollywood FX plug-in...) and copy the HfxEdt5.vfx file to the path where you have installed Adobe Premiere software( ex C:\Program Files\Adobe Premiere Pro Plug-ins...).
