I have 2 Q-See cards and it works well with 8 cameras. I want to add a third card for more cameras. I found another Q-See four port card. I have been unableto get all three cards to work. The drivers relaod for all three cards. In device manager all three cards look the same (except for the interrupt used) but when I start SuperDVR I get teh error message "Load device drivcer error". How do I get past this? Running version 6.3.2.3 tnx don

Hi Don,
I have the same error message appering when i try to load SuperDvr version 6.3.2.3 aswell. I downloaded freom Q-See webite. I have just upgraded from version 3.11 i think it was that came with the TD3016 USB DVR i purchased. I upgraded the software version as i want to be able to view my cameras remotley on my iphone via the SuperCam app which i had tried with ver 3.11 with no success and from what I have read it has to be version 6 to work. Apart from that everything had worked fine.

I also read somewhere that you may need to update your graphics driver (i have a Nividia 5500) if receiving the driver error message, so i went to the Nividia website and updated which causes my resolution to go extremely low and could not set any higher and also still gave the same error message when trying to load SuperDvr so I have rolled back the driver so graphics are back to normal.

I am getting very frustrated with this if you find any solution could you PLEASE let me know and likewise if i fond a solution i will be sure to post it here for your reference. I am thinking of trying a slightly earlier version maybe 6.2?

Thanks Ben
