I have installed the software and all I get is "Class does not exist" error code =0x583 or "Code 28 is needed or not compatible". Can you help me?
According to qsee, the driver is not compatible with the USB version but works well on SuperDVR card version. I am looking for the driver tha would work with the USB version of the software on Windows 7
This message is encountered every time you want to install the application on non-supported operating system. You can try using a compatibility setting when you right click on the setup/executable file but that does not guarantee you that it will work. You can download the latest version of the application from the Q-See website.
