In order to disable this service in Windows Vista, you can go to Start -> in the search bar type msconfig and press enter. Go to the Tools tab -> and search for Disable UAC, click launch and a cmd window will be opened. After the command is executed, close the cmd and the msconfig window and restart your computer. This should disable your UAC.
