I have an Acer Aspire One Pro mini laptop and my Bluetooth is not working.

I have an Acer Aspire One Pro mini laptop and my Bluetooth is not working. When I switch the power on it doesn't power on. Therefore, I have tried several times to download but I can't due to the "The device is either not turned on or not connected properly" error message. What should I do?

Firstly, go to Start, open Devices and Printers, press Add a device and follow the on-screen instructions. After that, navigate to Acer Drivers and Manuals web page, identify your computer model, select your operating system and download and install the latest Bluetooth files available. If the problem persists, you will need to contact the support team.
