How to get deleted files back?

Mem Manager has just deleted all my baby's movie files from my camera! It was importing files when I tried to cancel the process and it paused and then deleted all files! How do I get these files back? ARG!

Please stop saving more files on your digital camera, in case the photos are overwritten by new data. Then you can use freeware such as Recuva and PhotoRec to get back the lost photos.
