How can I set a full screen advertisement before a movie?

CINESoft Movie Player is a video/movie player and not an editing utility. In order to add a full screen advertisement before a movie, I suggest you check Software Informer database for a video editing program. You can try utilities like VideoPad Video Editor, AVS Video Editor or Camtasia Studio.
