I have issues installing NETGEAR PS121v2. What can I do?

I followed the link to download the update for NETGEAR PS121v2 version 2.0.2, but I didn't find the file. My issue is that I upgraded my system from Windows XP to Windows 7 and I need to re-install the print server software. During the installation process, the system cannot find the print server. What can I do?

You can download and install the update file directly from the official web page. Press the Print Server Software version 2.0.2 button, click Download Now, enter the registration information and follow the provided instructions. Also, you need to know that the system cannot find the print server because it is blocked by a 3rd party application Firewall. In order to fix this problem, you need to disable the firewall. If you need assistance, check the instructions provided by NETGEAR.
