In order to solve the issue, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. After that, expand the Imaging Devices and Universal Serial Bus controllers lists, locate your webcam driver, right-click on its icon and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect your webcam, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait Windows to configure the drivers. If it doesn't help, go to the official web page, identify your webcam model and download and install the latest drivers and software.
