You can browse the database of Software Informer to look for another application, then access Google Search to find tutorials on how to accomplish this fast and accurate. There are plenty websites and forums that explain how to create circuits for various projects. There are also online PCBs with tools at your hand to design circuit boards in your browser. One of them is CircuitLab website.
