Unfortunately, MGI Software Corporation, the application developer, has been acquired by Roxio in 2001. The MGI VideoWave development has been ceased and there is no 64-bit version available. However, you can try to run the software on your computer using Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. If it doesn't work, you can download and install another video editor from Software Informer database.
