In order to fix the problems, I recommend you right-click the Windows taskbar, open Task Manager and close all unnecessary applications that may use your Internet bandwidth. If the issue persists, remove IncrediMail from your PC (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and download and install its latest version from the official website. After that, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Turn Windows features on or off, uncheck the Internet Explorer box and click OK. Reboot your computer, go again to Turn Windows feature on or off section and check the box next to Internet Explorer. If the browser is still not working, uninstall all its add-ons using a toolbar uninstaller.
