In order to fix the issue, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter. Locate the Frontech E-Cam device, right click on the driver and select Uninstall. Restart your computer, connect the webcam using the USB cable and go again to Device Manager. Click the Scan for hardware changes icon and Windows should install the driver automatically. If not, right-click on the camera driver from Device Manager, select Update Driver Software, click the Browse option and navigate to the driver installation package. Select the driver and install it following the provided steps. Also, you will need a webcam capture utility in order to use the device. You can download and install one from Software Informer database.
