Yes if you are using QuickTime. If you are not using any other Apple software then you can uninstall.

Every Apple products requires iTunes or Quicktime to be installed in your computer. Along with these two applications, Apple Application Support is installed by default. If you don't use any of the Apple products, you can remove it from your computer.
