I can't download this program. A page in some other language opens and I can't find the program there. Can you help?
Go to start favorites then click on Toshiba then click on toshiba support. We you get to the page click on the top the tab that says download then find it there and you can re download it.
In order to download Toshiba Web Camera Application, you will need to access Toshiba Download Center and to identify your computer model. Once you identify it, select your operating system and download and install the latest webcam files.
