Most probably the System Restore will not re-install your program, but you can try if you have created a restore point. Usually this feature will re-install only the program's registry entries.
Anyway, since the file is extremely large, you can download and install HP Photosmart Premier from the HP Support web page. You can use a download manager to speed up the process. A list with the download managers can be checked on the Software Informer database.
