When creating the DVD the program stops at "Creating the chapter menu for the DVD" and goes no further at the end of this step. There are also no error messages. The video had 32 chapters.

To overcome this error, a user needs to apply the available updates for the application. To do this, access the Sony Support website and download the update package for your application. After the update has been applied, reboot the computer, start Click to DVD and then start the process once again. Alternatively, I recommend waiting a little more for the process to finish. Since there are 32 chapters, it should take a while.
