When creating the DVD the program stops at "Creating the chapter menu for the DVD".
When creating the DVD the program stops at "Creating the chapter menu for the DVD" and goes no further at the end of this step. There are also no error messages.

Where can I get Click to DVD 2.2?
When I purchased my Vaio computer I received Click to DVD 2.2. I can't open it anymore. I tried to download the new version 2.4, but I'm unable to install it because it can't find the version 2.
