I can't play Sims 3

I press Play, but I can't play Sims 3. I install it using the code from the CD case. Can you help?

Huh? You do not know why you used your code? Your code when you log into your account allows you to download the game from their server... so that is why. In order to play the game the activation code most only be used once (if you bought from a friend it wont work). Any further questions let me know.

If you can't play the Sims 3 game, make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements. You can find the requirements for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS X on the official web page of the application. If the requirements are fulfilled, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If this doesn't help, try contacting the Customer Support team.
