The downloading process of my game is not finished. Why? I haven't downloaded anything. Can you help?

Did it start the download? If it is not finishing sometimes it has to close, authenticate, install, then you can play. If its not starting the download make sure you have registered a game and have it ready to be downloaded. If that is complete then make sure your firewall is not blocking it.

If the downloading process is not complete, I recommend you check your Internet connection. If the connection is OK, there can be some problems with the EA servers. In this case you will need to wait. Also, you need to know that EA Download Manager has been superseded by Origin, therefore I suggest you download the game using this download manager.
